EBC: Internal Troubles

Going back to just before the flood hit Shadow Empire, Tacitus had still been fairly recently promoted to the empire's Silver. He held some worries on his abilities to hold up to the position from the very beginning and after a little while finally decided to confide in one of his closest friends. Galena provides some comfort and encouragement for him like she usually does in one way or another. 

A good bit overdue to post this but here we go. I really like how this one came out. <3
